Empreendedorismo social pode deslanchar na região

Soluções inovadoras e ousadas e a força do jovem podem beneficiar famílias e comunidades locais

Pensar em ideias e soluções inovadoras, ousadas, que gerem renda e ainda favoreçam a qualidade de vida da comunidade onde moram. O que parece difícil para muitos está se tornando realidade para alguns jovens ribeirinhos que vivem nas Unidades de Conservação da região, ao longo do Rio Tapajós. O Empreendedorismo Social está ganhando força nesta faixa etária da população. O fato se deve ao trabalho sério desenvolvido pelo Projeto Saúde e Alegria (PSA) junto aos jovens e famílias locais.
De modo geral a ideia de empreendedorismo é ter seu próprio negocio. No caso dos jovens aqui da região, a proposta do PSA, é fazer um trabalho que estimule o jovem a pensar no seu futuro, através de ideias inovadoras de modo que os mesmos possam lucrar e, ao mesmo tempo, solucionar problemas da própria comunidade.
De acordo com o site Portal Brasil, Empreendedorismo social é um termo que significa um negócio lucrativo e que ao mesmo tempo traz desenvolvimento para a sociedade. Os negócios sociais integram a lógica dos diferentes setores econômicos e oferecem produtos e serviços de qualidade àpopulação excluída do mercado tradicional, ajudando a combater a pobreza e diminuir a desigualdade. Inclusão social, geração de renda e qualidade de vida são os objetivos principais dos negócios sociais, que também são economicamente rentáveis.
Ainda segundo o Portal Brasil, este tipo de negócio com impacto social tem proliferado por todo o País, por uma geração de empreendedores que pautam sua estratégia em valores sustentáveis.Um exemplo de negócio transformador e de impacto social é a Feira Preta, a maior feira de cultura negra da América Latina. Por meio de ações, feira de negócios e eventos culturais, a organização busca fomentar o empreendedorismo étnico e fortalecer a cultura negra no País. Em 10 edições, a feira já reuniu 400 artistas, 500 expositores e mais de R$ 2 milhões de circulação monetária e 40 mil visitantes.
Em Santarém o Projeto Saúde e Alegria realiza eventos temáticos que incentivam o empreendedorismo social. É o caso do “Beiradão de oportunidades”, ocorrido em Santarém, onde cerca de 120 jovens entre 17 e 19 anos de idade, oriundos das comunidades da Reserva Extrativista Tapajós-Arapiuns, participaram.
Assuntos ligados ao universo do empreendedorismo como gestão de negócios, aplicativos móveis, publicidade e marketing, ferramentas tecnológicas, entre outros, foram alguns dos temas abordados no encontro.
O coordenador da Educom no PSA,professor Paulo Lima é especialista em avaliação e gestão de projetos sociaise um dos facilitadores do evento.Segundo ele, o “Beiradão de oportunidades” visa incentivar os jovens a pensarem em soluções que sejam inovadoras, ou seja, que não existam na região, na sua comunidade. Que sejam coisas que sequer, tenham sido pensadas, mas que incluam a melhoria da qualidade de vida das pessoas que vivem nas unidades de conservação da região. “A nossa ideia é que esse empreendimento seja um pouco mais coletivo, com mais pessoas que sejam superavitárias, que parte desse superávit seja de quem está à frente do empreendimento, mas que uma parte seja para o desenvolvimento do próprio negocio”.
Ainda segundo Lima, o perfil do jovem empreendedor está naquele jovem que gosta de desafio, que tem um grau de organização e de interesse em liderar processos, e acima de tudo, que o mesmo já demonstre uma certa liderança nos processos políticos/sociais da sua comunidade.
E foram essas características que fizeram de MaicksonBhoimum jovem empreendedor social em potencial. Natural da Vila de Boim, no Rio Tapajós, ele participou de algumas etapas do ‘Beiradão’. “Queria ter a oportunidade de aprender sobre negócios sociais, adquirir experiências e, se possível, fazer parte da turma de jovens empreendedores”, disse Maickson, que é graduado em Educação Física mas sempre trabalhou com mídia comunitária. Foi coordenador do Telecentro Comunitário durante três anos e instrutor de informática pelo mesmo período. “Acredito que a juventude traz consigo um espírito de mudança, de querer transformar a sociedade, necessitando apenas ser instigado”.
Com os conhecimentos adquiridos, Maicksonse aliou a outro jovem, Taissir Wilkerson, e juntos apresentaram um projeto no Pitch. O projeto foi selecionado de primeira. Consiste em um aplicativo de celular e um site informativo (ambos com a mesma linguagem) sobre o transporte hidroviário da região e, posteriormente, vendas de passagens de embarcações, os chamados “barcos de linha” também da região.
O pitch é uma apresentação sumária de três a cinco minutos com objetivo de conquistar o interesse da outra parte (investidor ou cliente) pelo seu negócio. É uma ferramenta essencial para empreendedores conseguirem investimento para seu negócio.
Acostumado a viajar pelo Rio Tapajós com a turma do Projeto Saúde e Alegria, Paulo Lima deu o exemplo de como deve funcionar o aplicativo para celular. “Por exemplo, você quer fazer uma visita à comunidade Samaúma, no Alto Tapajós e você não sabe quanto é a passagem, ou que dia o barco vai ou quando volta. A ideia desse aplicativo, que em breve estará no ar, é justamente fazer com que essa informação circule, e que os empresários donos de barcos, donos do comercio do beiradão da avenida Tapajós sejam anunciantes e que viabilizem esse negocio que é um empreendimento com tecnologia, inclusive”, ressaltou o professor.
Além de um ganhar um ‘Fundo Semente’ na seleção (o fundo semente é uma quantia doada em dinheiro que, neste caso foi o equivalente a R$ 2.000,00, porém o valor pode variar, dependendo do pitch), a proposta da dupla também já tem algumas ofertas de investidores apostando na idéia. Mas não é só isso. O referido projeto também foi selecionado por uma incubadora de São Paulo visando alavancar o empreendimento e com grande possibilidade de os autores também receberem um fomento financeiro. A incubadora irá oferecer aos jovens empreendedores acompanhamento e consultoria de profissionais.
As chances do projeto dar certo são grandes. SegundoMaicksonBhoimo site já está pronto e o app falta pouco para concluir. A meta é que até o final de 2015 o ‘negócio’ seja lançado em Santarém.
O empreendedorismo, no Brasil,se popularizou a partir da década de 90, o que contribuiu para a crescente participação desse tipo de empresa na economia do país. O papel de destaque da modalidade ganhou ainda mais força com a entrada em vigor da Lei Geral da Micro e Pequena Empresa, em 2007, e da Lei do Microempreendedor Individual, em 2008.
Nos últimos cinco anos, em média, mais de 600 mil novos negócios, anualmente, foram registrados no Brasil. E os Microempreendedores Individuais (MEI), não computados naqueles números, já somam mais de 1,5 milhão de registros. A mulher brasileira é historicamente uma das que mais empreende no mundo. Atualmente entre os empreendedores iniciais, 50,7% são homens e 49,3% mulheres.Os números demonstram que o empreendedorismo está consolidado no país – e crescendo.

My developer is trying to convince me to move to .net
from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs.
But he’s tryiong none the less. I’ve been using Movable-type on various websites for about a year and
am nervous about switching to another platform.
I have heard excellent things about blogengine.net. Is there
a way I can import all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be really appreciated!
