Restaurante na comunidade e máquina de colher mandioca estão entre projetos desenvolvidos no Beiradão de Oportunidades
30 de novembro de 2018 por Samela BonfimÚltima fase do Beiradão 2018 aconteceu nos dias 29 e 30 de novembro. Capacitação em empreendedorismo com jovens ribeirinhos na Amazônia propõe iniciativas criativas e empreendedoras a partir dos potenciais da própria região. Neste ultimo ciclo os participantes construíram roteiro e planejaram a apresentação do modelo de negócios
Na comunidade São Pedro região do Rio Arapiuns grande parte dos moradores sobrevive da agricultura com
atividade voltada ao plantio de mandioca. Devido ao intenso esforço da retirada da raiz, as jovens Daiana Pereira e Adria dos Santos, moradoras da comunidade decidiram criar um instrumento que facilite a colheita dos moradores e gere renda.
“Muitas pessoas sofriam com dores nas costas e percebemos que isso era por conta da maneira como retiraram a mandioca. Então vamos fazer uma maquina, a Velomaq que vai ser instrumento para facilitar a vida do agricultor. Essa maquina vai extrair mais rápido a mandioca do que manualmente e será adaptável a altura do agricultor, a produtividade será maior e sua renda aumentará” – contou Daiana animada sobre a implantação do projeto incentivado pelo Saúde e Alegria.
Em Maripá no Rio Tapajós um restaurante está movimentando a comunidade. A dedicação ao campo e respectiva falta de tempo para fazer o almoço foi observada pelo trio integrante do Beiradão de Oportunidades. Jessica Cardoso, Tiago Assunção e Fernanda Lima resolveram inaugurar o Restaurante Peixe e Cia. Em uma primeira experiência com a venda de comidas os empreendedores obtiveram um numero expressivo de clientes internos e externos, conta
Cardoso: “A gente atingiu o numero de 75 famílias que tem lá e vendeu para 36, fora os turistas que passam por lá. Vendemos pra comunidade, carne e frango, assado de panela e verduras no cardápio. Para os turistas, pratos bem regionais, com os produtos de tempo como farofa de caju com Curuá”.
O que é Beiradão?
Um processo de formação de jovens empreendedores que engloba conceitos de negócios sociais e tecnologias, auxiliando os jovens na geração de ideias inovadoras que surgem para solucionar problemas que estão inseridos em algum contexto social.
“Esta é a 10ª turma do curso, sendo que vários pequenos negócios já foram montados e estão em funcionamento nas comunidades, abrindo novas perspectivas de renda para o jovem do campo que não tem muitas oportunidades de emprego”, explica Paulo Lima, coordenador do programa de empreendedorismo do PSA.
O curso faz parte de uma estratégia maior do Saúde e Alegria, que visa contribuir para uma melhoria das condições 
de vida e para um desenvolvimento integral de crianças, adolescentes e jovens de comunidades da Amazônia. “Isso inclui além de estratégias de mobilização social, a criação de oportunidades de trabalho e renda para que os jovens das comunidades possam ter a oportunidade de fazer escolhas, sair ou ficar da comunidade, mas com clareza para construir seus projetos de vida plenamente”, conclui Fábio Pena, da coordenação de educação do PSA.
O projeto organizado pelo Projeto Saúde & Alegria (PSA) conta atualmente com o apoio da Fundação Cáritas Suíça e colaboração da Fundação Konrad Adenauer.
