Obra municipal abandonada revolta moradores de Boim

Ampliação do logradouro público está abandonada há mais de um ano comprometendo a qualidade da prestação de serviços na área da saúde
Os moradores da vila de Boim e comunidades próximas esperam há mais de um ano a conclusão das obras de ampliação do Centro de Saúde da comunidade.
Orçada em cerca de 73 mil reais deveria ter sido concluída em maio de 2014. Sua inauguração, inicialmente, faria parte da programação de aniversário da cidade de Santarém que acontece no mês de junho. Devido ao atraso, outra data combinada para a entrega foi as Festividades de Santo Inácio de Loyola que acontece no fim do mês de julho. Um ano se passou e o Centro de Saúde continua fechado.
A empresa responsável, Contap Construtora Ltda. alegou que abandonou o serviço devido à falta de repasse de recursos por parte da prefeitura municipal.
Os serviços de saúde são ofertados na residência de um comunitário. O local, inapropriado para essa prática, compromete a atuação dos profissionais e também o acesso e atendimento aos cidadãos.
Além da vila de Boim, o Centro de Saúde atende as comunidades de Samaúma, Nova Vista, Nuquini, Tucumatuba, Rosário, Pau da Letra, São Tomé, Jaca e Paraná Pixuna. Conta com uma enfermeira, duas auxiliares em enfermagem, uma servente e um assistente administrativo.
Para Rosicléia Santos, moradora de Boim, “A prefeitura municipal de Santarém na figura da secretaria de Saúde ou até o mesmo o prefeito deve uma resposta urgente à comunidade e que os trabalhos devem ser concluídos e a obra entregue logo, pois, somos nós cidadãos que sofremos as consequências da falta de responsabilidade e péssima gestão municipal”.
