Mercados Diferenciados é tema de oficina amanhã nas comunidades

Produtos orgânicos, produzidos de sistemas produtivos de base ecológica se diferenciam de outros que são fabricados em larga escala. A esses produtos podemos dizer que se encontram em um mercado de nicho, ou melhor, Mercados Diferenciados.
É sobre esse assunto que o Projeto Saúde e Alegria irão realizar uma oficina amanhã nas comunidades de Vila e Cabeceira do Amorim.
Foram convidados a participar os comunitários em RB das comunidades de Uquena, Vila de Amorim, Enseda do Amorim, Cabeceira de Amorim, Limãotuba, Pajurá e Brinco das Moças.
Mercado Diferenciado
É o mercado de nicho, que atribui um valor aos produtos pelas suas características diferenciadas daqueles que são produzidos em grande escala, ou seja, produtos que possuem identificação de origem, diferencial orgânico, oriundos da sociobiodiversidade e/ou do comércio justo.
A pauta da oficina irá discutir sobre:
- A importância dos agricultores extrativistas na produção de alimentos, que abastecem a mesa de todas as famílias. Ou seja, o agroextrativista é um profissional do qual precisamos todos os dias. E que, portanto, precisa ser valorizado.
- Diversificação dos Processos produtivos hoje existentes nas comunidades da Resex;
- Formas alternativas de agregação de valor aos produtos e serviços da “economia da floresta” e com isso, não conseguem atender as demandas de um mercado crescente, cada vez mais interessado em produtos naturais, saudáveis e com características diferenciadas;
- Potencial da biodiversidade (produtos da Floresta) como fonte para a geração de bens e serviços – estratégias para a construção de alternativas econômicas;
- Como funciona a comercialização de “PRODUTOS E MERCADOS DIFERENCIADOS”. Um programa que promove agregação de valor socioambiental e geração de renda para o segmento agroextrativista através do manejo adequado da biodiversidade, do cultivo das plantas medicinais, dos produtos orgânicos e do acesso aos mercados. Tudo isso com base nos princípios do comércio justo e solidário.
