Tucumã e Suruacá levaram a taça da Copa Floresta Ativa 2014

Emoção e garra na Copa Floresta Ativa
Foram cinco meses de espera até chegar a grande Final da Copa Floresta Ativa, que aconteceu na Vila de Anã, no Rio Arapiuns, no último dia 23 de agosto de 2014. Uma data que ficará marcada na memória de todos os presentes. Foi o coroamento de uma grande mobilização esportiva e educativa que começou no mês de abril com a realização de semifinais em quatro polos da Reserva Extrativista Tapajós-Arapiuns, nas comunidades de Anumã, Surucuá, São Pedro e Vila de Boim, até chegar neste evento final.
A Copa Floresta Ativa foi organizada pelo Projeto Saúde e Alegria – PSA em parceria com a Tapajoara (Organização das Associações da Reserva Extrativista – Resex – Tapajós-Arapiuns) e o Instituto Chico Mendes de Conservação da Biodiversidade – ICMBio (gestor das Unidades de Conservação no País), aproveitando o poder de mobilização do esporte para fortalecer o exercício da cidadania por meio de eventos paralelos como seminários e oficinas, debatendo com a população caminhos para um futuro melhor.
Chegaram a final 16 times representando suas comunidades
O gancho principal foi promover o envolvimento das comunidades, principalmente dos jovens, em um programa maior – o Floresta Ativa, que deu nome à Copa – que vem sendo implementado pelas organizações parceiras com o desafio de promover a inclusão social a partir da produção sustentável na Resex Tapajós-Arapiuns.
A escolha da comunidade de Anã para sediar o evento, não foi por acaso. Diversas experiências do Floresta Ativa estão acontecendo por lá, como viveiros comunitários para o reflorestamento, criação de peixes, produção de mel de abelhas, e uma pousada comunitária que foi pré-inaugurada durante o evento. Por isso, a comunidade estava tão animada em receber os visitantes. “Nunca tínhamos visto um evento tão grandioso, reunindo tanta gente em nossa comunidade, como foi essa Copa”, ressaltou Alexandre Godinho, morador de Anã e um dos diretores da Tapajoara.
Contando com as seminais regionais e o evento final em Anã, esta Copa mobilizou muita gente. Foram 56 seleções comunitárias participantes, com 1.288 pessoas entre atletas e comissão técnica. Nos seminários, oficinas e na torcida, cerca de 7 mil pessoas participaram.
Tucumã masculino e Suruacá feminino foram os campeões da Copa Floresta Ativa 2014
Enfim, chegava o momento mais aguardado. A emoção, o nervosismo e a esperança de vencer e levar a taça da Copa Floresta Ativa para casa envolvia tanto os jogadores como os torcedores das 16 seleções classificadas nas seminais, entre masculino e feminino.
Na final competiram as comunidades de Pedra Branca, Suruacá, Vila do Amorim, Tucumã, São Pedro, Jauarituba, no time masculino; e Maripá, Suruacá, Muratuba, Surucuá, Tucumã, Anã, Vila de Boim e Cametá representado os times femininos.
Os ganhadores no primeiro lugar no masculino foram Tucumã e no feminino Suruacá, os times receberam prêmio no valor, cada um, de R$1.500 mais o troféu. Em segundo lugar ficou para a comunidade de São Pedro (masculino) e Tucumã (feminino) e em terceiro colocado Suruacá (masculino) e Surucuá (feminino).
Ela tem 52 anos e ele leva nome de craque
Dona Margarete Lima de Suruacá e Romário Almeida de São Pedro
Dentre os vários jogadores dos 16 times masculinos e femininos, dois foram acompanhados pela equipe de reportagem, Romário Cardoso de Almeida, 25 anos, da Comunidade Vila São Pedro e a Dona Margarete Colares Lima, zagueira pelo time de Suruacá, 52 anos e 9 netos. A disposição dela é estampada em seu sorriso. Margarete conta com orgulho que começou a jogar aos 20 anos de idade, e, segura de si, conta que a idade não pesa. Enquanto o jogo não começa ela dá atenção à neta. “A bola pra mim é tudo, só não jogo se estiver doente. Tenho paixão pelo futebol. O esporte é vida”.
As seleções souberam contra quem iriam jogar no dia 23 por meio de sorteio. Momentos de tensão, nervosismo e lágrimas nortearam a fase final entre os times, uma variedade de emoções foi o que ocorreu na disputa final entre Suruacá e Tucumã no feminino. A decisão foi no mata-mata. Em todas as partidas que foram decididas nos pênaltis, a torcida invadia o campo e assistia em meio a gritos de ‘picica’ que desejava para o time adversário.
A final entre os times foi no mata-mata
A cobrança dos pênaltis foi tensa entre as torcidas dos dois times. Ao todo foram sete partidas, jogo para testar cardíaco. Mas, estão lembrados da tia Margarete (assim conhecida pela comunidade)? Pois é, ela esteve ao lado das jogadoras firme e com o mesmo semblante seguro e confiante de que a vitória viria, e veio. “A nossa vitória foi resultado do nosso esforço. Tivemos muitas dificuldades, mas vencemos e agradeço a Deus em primeiro lugar.”.
Alegria para uns, tristeza para outros. O time de Romário da Vila São Pedro jogou bem no primeiro tempo na fase eliminatória pela manhã contra o Jauarituba que terminou 1×0, já na disputa final contra Tucumã o time do ‘camisa 8’ não levou a taça da Copa Floresta Ativa; bem que ele gostaria de fazer o mesmo que o seu xará quando o Brasil foi penta na copa de 1994.
Além das atividades educativas o desporto tem a capacidade de unir pessoas e quebrar barreiras. Seja lá onde for existe um campo de futebol. Na periferia onde saneamento só é lembrado em ano de eleição, em áreas rurais ao lado das igrejas, quase sempre as primeiras construções daquelas comunidades. É que o futebol tem dessas coisas, no campo é o talento que impera. A discriminação, a diferença entre classes e o preconceito ficam do lado de fora, nem no banco de reserva eles têm chance.

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a
