O meio Ambiente é o quintal de nossa casa, o planeta Terra. Com o aumento da população e consequentemente o uso de seus recursos naturais alavancando uma série de problemas ambientais. Vários seguimentos da sociedade visando trabalhar para a sensibilização dessas situações, foi criado o Conselho Municipal de Meio Ambiente que segundo o CONAMA (Conselho Nacional de Meio Ambiente), este Conselho cria...“mecanismos para aumentar a consciência e promover a mudança de hábitos e de comportamentos. Cada vez mais a população, juntamente com o Poder Público, tem sido chamada a participar da gestão do meio ambiente”.
Visando um trabalho efetivo e sensibilizador temos em Santarém, Pará a posse dos novos Conselheiros na defesa do meio ambiente. Onde o Projeto Saúde e Alegria têm uma cadeira nas representações institucionais e dos segmentos da comunidade: com o sr. Tibério Alloggio o titular e o sr. Paulo Roberto Sposito de Oliveira, o “Magnólio” como seu suplente.
