27 de setembro de 2011 por Elis LucienO Sistema de Garantia dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente foi o elo que frizou as falas contempladas na 7ª Conferència Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do adolescente realizada nos dias 22 a 24 de setembro de 2011, em Santarém, Pará.
Com o tema: Mobilizando, Implementando e Monitorando a Política Nacional e o Plano Decenal de Direitos Humanos de Crianças e Adolescentes nos Estados, no Distrito Federal e nos Municípios a sociedade santarena garante os direitos e deveres na fase infância e adolescencia de futuros cidadãos e cidadã. Abertura da Conferência Magna contou com a presença do Presidente do CMDCA, Prefeita Municipal de Santarém, Secretária Municipal de Assistência Social, Representante do Conselho Tutelar de Santarém, Secretária Municipal de Educação e Desporto, Secretária Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econômico e Social, Secretário Municipal de Saúde, Juizado da Infância e Juventude, Promotoria da Infância e da Adolescência, Defensoria Pública do NAECA, Representante da Câmara dos Vereadores, Representante da OAB, Delegado da Polícia Civil e representação de crianças e adolescentes assistidas por projetos sociais enfatizando o tema acima.
“A publicização do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente“ foi uma das falas proferidas na conferência pelas palestrantes Dra. Edna Coelho, Asssistente Social e pela Dra. Jocineide Pamplona (Juíza de Direito titular da Vara da Infância e Juventude de Santarém), no município de Santarém. Na região ribeirinha isso não é novidade pois, o Projeto Saúde e Alegria desenvolve ações educativas que promovem os direitos de crianças e adolescentes formando uma rede de Multiplicadores do ECA.
Com a presença de 230 pessoas distribuidas entre: delegados, participantes e convidados discutindo o Sistema de Garantia, os Princípios universais dos Direitos Humanos e o Plano Decenal nos eixos, diretrizes e metas que serviram para nortear os bate-papos nos grupos de trabalho. Depois das discussões em grupos as diretrizes seguiram para aprovação em plenária e escolha dos delegados para a 8ª Conferência Estadual.
