Boim festeja seu padroeiro

Desde domingo passado 24, Boim festeja seu padroeiro Santo Inácio de Loyola. Todas as noites há missa eucarística e arraial. Hoje dia 28 a missa é responsabilidade da Escola Santo Inácio de Loyola, dia 29 da Equipe Catequética local, dia 30 do Movimento Cursilho de Cristandade e dia 31 pela manhã também da Equipe Catequética local.
No dia 31 pela manhã haverá procissão com a imagem do santo percorrendo as principais ruas da comunidade, com missa na chegada, derruba do mastro e animação com foliões.
Na parte social da festa haverá festa dançante dia 29 de julho com a Banda Forró do Sítio, dia 30 à tarde torneio esportivo em disputa da taça Santo Inácio e jogo amistoso entre Conceição de Aveiro e Seleção de Boim (masculino e feminino), à noite festa dançante com a Banda Tapajoara. Dia 31 manhã de sol com a Banda Tapajoara, torneio esportivo à tarde e à noite disputa da Rainha da Festa 2011 e festa dançante com a Banda Tapajoara.
A festa este ano tem como tema: “Santo Inácio de Loyola ajuda-nos a combater a degradação da natureza e a poluição do meio ambiente”.
