A Escola Getúlio Vargas da Vila Castanhal comemorou dia 19 de Novembro o dia da Consciência Negra. Os alunos participaram de varias apresentações juntamente com seus professores os principais idealizadores do projeto “Relações Étnicas Raciais”, que tinha como objetivo garantir a todos , respeito aos direitos legais e a valorização da identidade. Foi muito importante para a nossa Vila conhecer melhor os direitos que temos e respeitar os direitos de outros cidadãos, conhecendo um pouco da história da Raça Negra, seus costumes, a comida típica da região, como viviam, enfim a cultura em geral de uma sociedade que contribuiu muito com o desenvolvimento de nosso país.
