20 anos de Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente
16 de agosto de 2010 por Elis LucienSegundo a Lei N° 8.069, de 13 de Julho de 1990 que dispõe sobre a proteção integral à criança e o adolescente em seu primeiro artigo do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente (ECA), vem ultrapassando as barreiras das prateleiras das bibliotecas e das mesas dos órgãos públicos e passando à ser reconhecido como um instrumento de leitura nas escolas, nas mídias e o mais importante nas famílias.
É um grande avanço para as instituições que trabalham com esse público alvo, em apenas vinte anos de vigência o Estatuto abrange uma população bem maior do que o esperado. Ainda existe muitos desafios e lutas para que esses direitos sejam efetivados no âmbito mundial, todos os dias os noticiários descobrem casos de negligência, maus tratos e violência contra crianças e adolescentes que nos deixam paralisados por segundos diante de tanta crueldade. Ser omissos à estes tipos de agravo social e ser conivente com o descaso do presente e futuro desse ser humano, podendo trazer consequências irreparáveis na vida familiar, escolar e social. Caso contrário, estaremos infringindo o artigo quinto que diz: ” Nenhuma criança ou adolescente será objeto de qualquer forma de negligência, discriminação, exploração, violência, crueldade e opressão, punido na forma da lei qualquer atentado, por ação ou omissão, aos seus direitos fundamentais”.
E para divulgar as instituições que trabalham com o Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente em Santarém no Pará, foi realizado um grande dia alegre com apresentações de danças, teatro, poesia, exposições, brincadeiras e leituras de artigos do ECA pelas crianças e jovens que participaram desse movimento na praça da Matriz.

First off I would like to say great blog! I
had a quick question that I’d like to ask if you don’t mind.
I was curious to know how you center yourself and
clear your head before writing. I’ve had a hard time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas
out there. I do enjoy writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are lost just
trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or hints?

Hi this is kinda of off topic but I was wanting to know if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding know-how so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
