As queimadas são praticadas na preparação do solo para a agricultura, e a seca são as principais causas do alastramento do fogo nas matas do país.
Junto a essa prática vem uma preocupação muito séria. “As queimadas desordenadas sem controle”. As queimadas quando mau sucedida fazem danos tremendos para os seres vivos seja animal ou vegetal. Por tanto quando se for fazer queimada seja de roçados ou de um outro subsídio, é importante que se faça também a preservação ambiental por meios de aceiros. Assim o meio ambiente, a biodiversidade, fauna e flora não ficam prejudicados com poder destruidor do fogo.
Nos dias atuais de hoje é comum ouvirmos pessoas falarem que os tempos estão mudados e que antigamente não era assim. Em meio essa difereça de tempo e clima, há diversos fatores que contribuem para que essa coisas mudem do estado sólido.
A cada dia vemos que os meios de comunicação notificam que o Aquecimento Global está avançado. Esse avanço global de poluição no meio natural infelizmente é verdade, pois existem fontes que comprovam que as queimadas tem um índice de comprometimento muito grande com a questão ambiental.
Penalidades para os infratores.
“Os infratores estarão sujeitos às penas previstas nos artigos 14 e 15 da Lei 9.605 (Lei de Crimes Ambientais). As penas podem chegar a prisão (de três a seis anos) e multas de até R$ 4.960,00. O valor será aumentado com a regulamentação da Lei, pelo Ministério do Meio Ambiente, podendo variar de R$ 50,00 a R$ 50 milhões.”
