No balanço do programa “Pelos Direitos das crianças ribeirinhas”

O ano de 2008 realmente trouxe muitas realizações para a equipe ECA do PSA. A primeira foi o começo do programa “Educação Popular Pelos Direitos das Crianças Ribeirinhas” com apoio da WCF, que teve como base, o piloto “Crianças da Amazônia”, em 2007, com a nossa amiga Gorda. Depois, a formação da equipe, com novas integrantes (Adriane Gama e a cooperante holandesa Jacobien Nagel) e o reforço da equipe da educom e dos arte-educadores do Abaré somando assim uma força de ação pelos direitos das crianças ribeirinhas e uma maravilhosa experiência de conviver com as pessoas dessa realidade das águas cristalinas do rio Tapajós.
E os objetivos desse programa foram alcançados: promover os direitos fundamentais de crianças e adolescentes, através da sensibilização e divulgação do ECA. Capacitar grupos de agentes multiplicadores das comunidades e fortalecer a rede de proteção de meninas e meninos.
O nosso trabalho começou em maio e durante esses sete meses, conseguimos realizar 15 seminários comunitários em 15 comunidades da Flona e do Resex, como: Maguari, Pedreira, Piquiatuba, Prainha, Boim, Muratuba, Surucuá, Parauá, Vila de Amorim,Suruacá, Capixauã, Vista Alegre de Capixauã, Solimões, Pedra Branca,Cametá (Aveiro).
E os resultados são os seguintes: foram formados 177 agentes multiplicadores, entre lideranças como professores, ACSs, presidentes comunitários, grupos de jovens, sindicatos, 869 crianças envolvidas diretamente. Foram feitas muitas produções artísticas comunitárias na forma de paródias, músicas, dramatizações, danças nas noites e tardes culturais e no circo Mocorongo. Foi produzida a mais nova paródia do ECA 2008, pelas crianças da comunidade de Solimões.
Foram criadas 213 potecas infantis em 45 comunidades ribeirinhas. Foram realizadas planos de ações locais, através do uso das ferramentas midíaticas comunitarias, de rádio, jornal e de telecentros e do lúdico, como brincadeiras e dinâmicas. O início de um 1 vídeo educativo sobre a realidade desses meninos e meninas ribeirinhas, na comunidade de Muratuba, com a participação das crianças.
Realização da I oficina Intercomunitária do ECA e participações dos multiplicadores em oficinas de saúde e em congresso de enfrentamento contra violência infanto-juvenil e conferência municipal e regional infanto-juvenil do meio ambiente. Entramos em contato e articulação com os órgãos de proteção de meninos e meninas de Santarém, Belterra e Aveiro.
A semente foi plantada e essa idéia está sendo germinada. Agradecemos sinceramente as todas as pessoas das comunidades pela receptividade, pelo interesse e compromisso com suas crianças e adolescentes. Esperamos que no próximo ano, retornaremos com as atividades, cartilhas, seminários temáticos com a presença de orgãos de proteçao e com a força sempre dos multiplicadores do ECA.
