O senhor Raimundo Aladílson, conhecido como seu Tadeu, trabalha desde 1998, como Agente de Comunitário de Saúde, atuando nas comunidades de Santi e Maripá.
O trabalho de visita nas casas da comunidade feito pelo agente acontece de segunda a sexta-feira, somando uma carga horária que varia entre 20 e 36 horas semanais. Com mais de 10 anos de experiência ele garante que “a única bagagem que um Agente usa na mochila é o conhecimento”.
De acordo com seu Tadeu o trabalho do A.C.S tenta identificar e buscar solução para os diversos problemas de saúde, orientando e fazendo as pessoas entenderem que é melhor prevenir que remediar. Os casos emergenciais são encaminhados para o Abaré
Portanto, na próxima visita do Agente comunitário atenda-o com tempo e carinho, para juntos garantirmos uma comunidade com saúde e alegria.
