Seguindo os passos do ECA

Quem pensa que as crianças e os adolescentes não têm direitos, está enganado, não conhece ou nunca ouviu falar no ECA (Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente), um projeto de lei que depois de muita luta e trabalho, foi aprovado, sancionado pelo Presidente da República e posteriormente virou lei. E ampara esses menores que nos chamamos o futuro da nação.
É preciso lutar pelos direitos das crianças, adolescentes, jovens, mulheres, negros, índios, enfim, temos que cada vez mais respeitar as diferenças e garantir a igualdade.
No artigo 227 da nossa constituição federal diz que “É dever da família, da sociedade e do estado assegurar à criança e ao adolescente, com absoluta prioridade, o direito à saúde, à vida, à alimentação, à educação, ao lazer, à profissionalização, à cultura, à dignidade, ao respeito, à liberdade e a consciência familiar e comunitária, além de colocá-los a salvo de toda forma de negligência, discriminação, exploração, violência, crueldade e opressão”.
Para Zeliane Fernanda, Coordenadora do Grupo de jovens, o Estatuto em parte está amparado e por outro lado não. Tem muitas crianças que têm esses direitos e estão ficando de lado, abandonados, que conforme o Estatuto todas as crianças tem direito a um lar, viver bem, à alimentação. E que está faltando mais empenho das autoridades, para que possa se concretizar, e todas crianças possam viver feliz em sua família, sem passar necessidade, ter que trabalhar e muitas vezes se prostituir.
Por sua vez, a gerente comercial do Tucumarte, Rosangela Castro, acredita que o Estatuto ainda não está amparando todas essas crianças, pois ela observa nas comunidades e na cidade, que há muitas crianças nas ruas. Ela acrescentou ainda que a medida mais fácil para se cumprir o que diz o Estatuto é a divulgação, e também fazer um trabalho mais sério acompanhando o desenvolvimento economico para que os direitos sejam iguais.
O ECA ainda não acontece em sua totalidade, cabe a nos de uma forma ou de outra fazer caber esses direitos seja na cidade, comunidade, estado ou país. É hora de levantarmos, arregaçar as mangas e denunciar todos e qualquer abuso contra qualquer que seja a classe social.
Porque quem sabe faz a hora e não esperar acontecer.
