Mercados diferenciados é tema de oficina em Suruacá

A Amazônia possui uma diversidade de produtos oriundos da floresta, e somado a esses produtos existe uma riqueza imaterial que envolve a cultura e a sabedoria dos povos tradicionais.
O tecido que é construído gera um patrimônio único e diferenciado, contudo como escoar esses produtos? Como atender as demandas de um mercado cada vez mais crescente?
Através do Programa Floresta Ativa, o Projeto Saúde e Alegria vem dando apoio aos agricultores e extrativistas da Resex Tapajós-Arapiuns por meio da assistência técnica rural e oficinas, como a que já ocorreu sobre mercados institucionais informando sobre o Programa de Aquisição de Alimentos – PAA e o Programa Nacional de Alimentação Escolar – PNAE.
Desde o inicio desse mês está ocorrendo outro ciclo de oficinas nas comunidades, dessa vez informando sobre Mercados Diferenciados. Dentre os tópicos da oficina é destacado sobre a importância dos agroextrativistas, pois são eles que abastecem a mesa de muitas famílias, valorizando assim o papel desse profissional.
Outro ponto que será informado durante o encontro é sobre o grande potencial da biodiversidade (produtos da floresta) como fonte para geração de bens e serviços, e como funciona a comercialização de produtos e mercados diferenciados.
Neste sábado, dia 20, a oficina será na comunidade de Suruacá. Já ocorreram nas comunidades de Anumã, Amorim e Parauá.
