O ECA protegendo os Filhos da Floresta

No último final de semana, dia 16 de maio, aconteceu o Seminário do programa “Pelos Direitos das Crianças Ribeirinhas”, no Hotel Amazônia Boulevard, reunindo os multiplicadores do ECA das comunidades ribeirinhas com a Rede de Proteção Infanto-Juvenil dos municípios de Santarém e Belterra. No seminário “ O ECA protegendo os filhos das floresta” foi debatido o objetivo principal desse evento: Os desafios e resultados de uma abordagem sócio-cultural e educativa do ECA nas comunidades ribeirinhas.
Esse seminário marcou o encontro dos representantes dos agentes multiplicadores do ECA com a Rede de proteção de meninos e meninas. As comunidades ribeirinhas que participaram do encontro foram: Suruacá, Boim, Prainha, Muratuba, Pedra Branca, Solimões, Parauá, Surucuá, Vista Alegre de Capixauã, Capixauã, Pedreira e Cametá. Por sua vez, a Rede de proteção presente foram: Conselho Tutelar e de Direitos de Belterra, CONDECA, Guarda Mirim Ambiental, 3º BPM, Vara da Infância e da Juventude e Ministério Público.
Inicialmente, foi feita uma apresentação pelo coordenador do programa Fábio Pena, explanando a situação sócio-econômica e de saúde da área rural através da pesquisa do Abaré/PSA, dos maiores desafios (gravidez na adolescência, falta de acesso à informação sobre direitos) e das atividades do programa “Educação Popular pelos Direitos das Crianças Ribeirinhas”. Durante as ações nas comunidades realizados pela equipe Crianças da Amazônia foram percebidas as questões principais sobre abuso sexual, violência e trabalho infantil e perguntas referentes ao ECA e de como chegar aos órgãos de proteção à criança e ao adolescente.
Em seguida, foi a vez da exposição das experiências dos agentes multiplicadores do ECA. Segundo Maickson Santos, coordendor do grupo de jovens de Boim: “Existem ainda desafios e dúvidas. Sobre violações de direitos, a comunidade sabe mas não fala. Agentes estão tentando esclarecer e informar a comunidade através de atividades ligados a rádio. Trabalhar em conjunto com a Rede de Proteção facilitará muito. Sobre a percepção da comunidade com relação aos multiplicadores: “no início não houve muita confiança no trabalho nosso, mas estamos conquistando espaço, esse trabalho não é em vão”.
A assistente social da equipe interdisciplinar da Vara da Infância e da Juventude, Valderez comenta que quando os casos chegam no juizado, já tentaram todos os outros passos. “Situação mais difícil é a representação do Ministério Público contra os pais. Se as acusações são verdadeiras, o MP tem poder de tirar os direitos da mãe para com seu filho, é muito importante que ela compreenda. Quando acontece uma denúncia através do Conselho Tutelar, sempre chega até nós”, conclui.
Após os depoimentos e informações dos multiplicadores e da Rede, foi ouvida palavras de incentivos da Dra. Renata Guerreiro, juíza da Vara da Infância e da Adolescência de Santarém (entrevista na íntegra, no programa Rede Mocoronga, sábado, dia 23 de maio, a partir das 10h, na Rádio Rural). Depois do almoço, reiniciou as apresentações dos representantes dos órgãos, foi questionado até que onde vai o papel do agente multiplicador e qual sua importância dentro da comunidade. Foi debatido a situação de como as comunidade podem se organizar em uma rede social e comunitária de proteção infanto-juvenil e como fazer integração desta com a Rede de proteção do município.
O encontro foi finalizado com encaminhamentos, entrega de certificados e celebrado com um saboroso coquetel. A contribuição fundamental dos multiplicadores é educar e informar a comunidade. Organizar campanhas educativas, aumentar a consciência dos comunitários e buscar apoio da Rede de proteção.
“Violência só cresce, começa com palmada mas depois pode virar um espancamento. Quanto a violência sexual: muitas vezes a criança está vitimizada, é ainda tirada da casa e colocada num abrigo enquanto o agressor fica em casa, vamos mudar isso! Valderez, assistência social.
