A comunicação comunitária no cenário atual

Compreender a palavra no seu sentido original a comunicação foi o ponta pé inicial que reuniu um representativo grupo de comunicadores e comunicadoras comunitárias a entender e contextualizar a várias formas de fazer e levar comunicação. Esta palavra tão discutida vem do latim communicationem, significa “a ação de tornar comum”, sua raiz vem da palavra comum, communis, que significa “pertencente a todos ou a muitos”. Então, a Criar Brasil convidou os coletivos espalhados pelo Brasil à trazer um pouco de suas experiencias e expertises num contexto colaborativo e participativo.
O Encontro sobre Direitos e Segurança de Comunicador@s Populares, Livres e Comunitári@s” contou com representantes do Repórteres sem Fronteiras; Rede Mocoronga – Projeto Saúde e Alegria; Intervozes; Artigo 19; Witness / Rádio Mutirão; Vedetas.org e Museu de Memes – coLab/UFF com a cooperação da UNESCO/IPDC e parceiros.
Aconteceu no dia 28 de Fevereiro à 02 de Março no Sindicato dos Jornalistas do Rio de Janeiro. Os participantes falaram de suas experiências comunitárias; os impactos da comunicação vivenciadas entre o comunicador e os ouvintes e o acesso a informação num contexto político social. A proposta do Encontro foi a construção um manual prático com dicas e orientações embasadas nessas falas e subsidiadas em Leis. A criação do Guia de Direitos e Segurança de Comunicador@s Populares, Livres e Comunitári@s terá a proposta que todos os comunicadores e comunicadoras tenham em mãos subsídios para continuar a levar a comunicação comunitária com autonomia em seus Territórios.
