Festival da Mandioca

O Festival da Mandioca já é tradicional na comunidade de Samaúma e está em sua 4ª edicção e nesse ano aconteceu no dia 25 de Setembro. Foram oferecidos todos os produtos feitos da mandioca, como: tarubá, tapioca crua e torrada, beiju mole, beju amarelo, beju branco, farinha, carimã entre outros.
Receita de Paçoca de Castanha de Cajú
Ingredientes:
250 g de castanha de caju assada
250 g de farinha de mandioca
2 colheres de acuçar
1 pitada de sal.
Modo de fazer:
Em um recipiente misture a castanha assada, a farinha de mandioca, o acuçar e o sal. Leve ao pilão e soque até todos os ingredientes se misturarem e ficarem bem finos. Após isso, tire do pilão e estará pronto para ser servido.
Alimentar-se bem é ter Saúde e Alegria!
