Jovens fazem trilha de bike

Com a chegada do verão os jovens de Belterra procuram várias formas bem criativas de diversão para aproveitar os finais de semana nas belas praias ao longo do Rio Tapajós.
Uma das formas encontradas por estes jovens que procuram ocupar o tempo livre com algo saudável, são os passeios de bike por trilhas que dão acesso as praias do Município.
Em um desses finais de semana resolvi acompanhar um grupo que fez a trilha de Porto Novo passando por Iruçanga até a Praia de Pindobal com retorno pelo mesmo trajeto. O dia estava ótimo, não muito quente, ensolarado muito agradável para andar mata adentro e poder desfrutar das belezas naturais que nossa cidade nos proporciona. A maioria dos jovens já conhecia o trajeto, acho que só eu não conhecia, mas tudo bem, não tive nenhum problema durante o percurso, apenas a corrente da minha bicicleta que caiu algumas vezes, mas logo foi resolvido pelos membros da equipe que estavam equipados com ferramentas, prevendo que problemas como este pudessem acontecer.
No retorno, entre subidas e decidas, muita areia e um igarapé na nossa frente, tivemos a ajuda de um senhor da comunidade de Iruçanga, que foi muito gentil, e nos ajudou na travessia do igarapé, ele se ofereceu para atravessar todas as bicicletas na sua canoa, e nós aceitamos. Há! vale ressaltar que o senhor só fez esta gentileza por que a sua malhadeira estava no nosso caminho, e ele não queria ter nenhum prejuízo, já que é da pesca que tira o seu sustento.
Mas as dificuldades não pararam por aí, tivemos mais uma parada, agora por conta da bicicleta da nossa amiga Diana, que conseguiu com sua força excomunal arrebentar a corrente, e passamos aproximadamente meia hora para consertar.
É e ta chegando mais um final de semana e a turma (Tiago, Andreson, Itainan, Itawã, Mateus, Diana, Al-Hallen, Nailson, Geovane e Daniel), já começa a pensar em uma nova trilha.
Aqui vai algumas dicas para um passeio seguro de bike.
- Lembre-se que a alimentação deve ser leve e conter os nutrientes certos para o desgaste que seu corpo irá sofrer no percurso.
- Protetor solar é de uso obrigatório, mesmo naqueles dias em que o sol não esteja visível, em caso de não saber qual FPS usar, consulte um médico.
- Agora verifique o estado de sua bike, antes de por a roda na lama, no mato ou no asfalto certifique-se de que sua magrela está revisada, parafusos bem apertados, câmbios regulados e freios tinindo, pois com certeza você irá usá-los bastante, pneus calibrados, correntes, cassetes e coroas lubrificados;
- Blusas/Bermundas (manga longa ou curta, bermuda ou calça, lembre-se de que no meio do mato existem galhos, mosquitos e outros seres que cortam, furam e machucam e que é você quem está no ambiente deles não adianta os culpar, previna-se, mangas longas e calça normalmente são uma boa pedida. Obs: Calças de tactel folgada costumam enganchar na coroa da bicicleta e em galhos pelo caminho o que pode ocasionar um acidente, o mais adequado são calças especializadas para MTB);
- Óculos, é uma opção interessante alem de prevenir contra raios UVA e UVB evitam que terra, água e outros entrem em seus olhos e causem um acidente, a escolha do seu óculo vai muito alem do design passa pelo tipo e qualidade de lentes, prefira os óculos que sejam anti-embaçante ou use produtos que evitem o embace;
- Líquidos, a reposição de líquido, portanto água e repositores de minerais são importantes. Quanto ao armazenamento você tem a opção de garrafinhas e/ou bag back (bolsas que fica nas costas com mangueiras que levam o líquido até sua boca), as bags são interessantes porque te mantém concentrado no caminho e não tem a necessidade te tirar as mãos do guidão o que te dar mais segurança, o mercado oferece inúmeros tamanhos de 0,5L até 3L;
- Materiais extras como câmeras de ar, e ferramentas como bomba para pneus, chaves, remendo de pneus a frio e até mesmo um câmbio reserva.
