Tarubá: Bebida tipicamente amazônica

Produzida da raiz de mandioca, o tarubá é uma bebida muito apreciada na região amazônica. Leva cerca de três dias para ficar pronta e, deve ser feita de mandioca nova, que tenha entre seis meses a um ano.
O tarubá é uma das presenças marcantes nas festas dos padroeiros. Totalmente natural, é tida para muitos como energética. Entretanto, não se deve abusar e bebê-la em excesso, pois ela embriaga como se fosse uma bebida alcoólica.
