Inovar e buscar soluções criativas são algumas das características do empreendedor, e para aguçar o olhar para novas oportunidades 25 jovens da Comunidade da Reserva Extrativista (Resex) Tapajós-Arapinus participaram no dia 7 da primeira aula do curso sobre empreendedorismo realizado pelo Projeto Saúde Alegria (PSA).
O curso faz parte do Projeto ‘Jovens Empreendedores no Tapajós’ em parceria com a Fundação Telefônica. Serão seis meses de duração divididos em dez módulos com carga horária de 20hs semanais que irão ocorrer de quinta a sexta-feira de 8hs às 12hs e aos sábados de 9hs às 12hs. Por mês serão ofertados até dois módulos.
Ao final os jovens irão elaborar propostas de negócio e defende-la diante de uma banca composta por especialistas. Paulo Lima, coordenador do projeto, explica que as ideias apresentadas pelos alunos deverão atender alguns critérios: caráter inclusivo, socialmente justo e ético, além de possibilitar o envolvimento de outras pessoas da comunidade onde será desenvolvido o negócio.
Algumas propostas poderão receber um prêmio em forma de apoio financeiro do Fundo Semente, doado pela Fundação Telefônica ao projeto e cuja gestão é feita pelo PSA. O apoio é uma forma de incentivar os alunos durante o curso. As ideias selecionadas serão acompanhadas até a sua implementação.
O diferencial
O Coordenador ainda explica que o curso visa despertar o interesse do jovem a partir da busca por soluções aos problemas e desafios que são postos as comunidades. Este é o diferencial do curso, incentivar os jovens agir localmente criando possibilidades empreendedoras socioeconômicas e ambientais de maneira justa e solidária utilizando as tecnologias para o desenvolvimento comunitário por meio de propostas voltado ao negócio social.
De acordo com as ‘Diretrizes estratégicas para a atuação do sistema Sebrae no mercado de negócios sociais’, atualmente há uma discussão sobre o conceito, pois o modelo ainda está em evolução. Contudo, um dos pontos em comum sobre a definição é a busca por soluções a questões sociais e/ou ambientais e que possam contribuir para transformar a realidade local, ou seja, no mesmo projeto de negócios deve conter viabilidade econômica e a preocupação social e ambiental.
O segmento contribui no desenvolvimento socioeconômico, geração de renda e inclusão social produtiva para a base da pirâmide. Porém, não basta apenas oferecer serviços para os grupos de baixa renda e sim fazê-los integrante nas diferentes partes da cadeia produtiva, sejam como proprietários, sócios, parceiros, funcionários e/ou fornecedores, tendo a possibilidade de ampliar o negócio para outros mercados.
Ideias são sonhos
Foi sob essa perceptiva que Carlos Daniel da Comunidade de Parauá vem elaborando sua proposta de negócio, implantar o ecoturismo em sua comunidade. O rapaz de 17 anos conta sobre o projeto com a voz cheia de entusiasmo, próprio da juventude. “O projeto tem tudo para dar certo, temos o Lago do Jacaré, a praia grande e algumas trilhas, o que falta é estrutura para receber o turista. Também penso em utilizamos os recursos naturais como as sementes para confeccionar artesanato para gerar renda. Desta forma as pessoas poderão levar uma lembrança da nossa comunidade”.
Assim como Daniel, Bruno Vasconcelos, 19 anos, também ainda acredita no seu negócio, mesmo não tendo sido selecionado pela banca na primeira turma do curso piloto realizado em 2013. “Quero me formar em turismo e ainda vou montar minha agência e colocar em prática meu projeto”. A proposta era montar uma agência de turismo na sua Comunidade, e motivado conta que a ideia seria algo pioneiro na região.
Atualmente Bruno trabalha como Trainee dando suporte ao curso de empreendedorismo no Projeto Saúde & Alegria e com a mesma garra em que acredita no seu futuro ele deixa um recado para os novos alunos do segundo ano do curso. “Que eles nunca desistam de seus sonhos. Eu levo uma frase de empreendedor: Um bom sonhador é aquele que busca seus sonhos, que luta pelos seus projetos para que sejam implantados, mesmo que outras pessoas digam a ele que é impossível”.
