Aconteceu no dia 25/10/12 em Solimões, uma reunião das comuni- dades da Resex Tapajós x Arapiúns. Objetivo, discutir um projeto de desenvol- vimento sustentável para as comunidades do baixo Tapajós, estiveram presen- tes representantes de nove comunidades que deverão ser beneficiadas pelo projeto. Compareceram a reunião as comunidades de Anu- mã,Solimões, Pedra Branca,Capixauã, Vista Alegre do Capixauã, Aminã, Aningalzinho,além das aldeias de Araçazal e Zaire. Também estiveram presentes representantes do ICMBIO, PROJETO SAÚDE E ALEGRIA E TAPAJOARA. Nesta reunião foram traçadas metas, para desenvolver um projeto que vise melhor desenvolvimento das comunidades no setor produtivo, na criação de animais, turismo e outros, além de trazer novas tecnologias de produção.
As lideranças comunitárias ficaram bastantes emtusiasmadas com a possibilidade de desenvolvimento dessa região esquecida pelo poder público.
