Eleição de Novos Conselheiros Tutelares de Santarém.
18 de janeiro de 2012 por Elis LucienDivulgação COMDCA
Desde o dia 09 de dezembro de 2011, o Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente – COMDCA iniciou o processo de escolha dos novos Conselheiros Tutelares de Santarém. Esse processo conta com várias etapas, desde a publicação do edital de convocação da eleição até a posse dos novos conselheiros que deve ocorrer em 09 de abril de 2012. Diante disso o COMDCA, através da Comissão Eleitoral devido ao reduzido número de inscrições de candidatos para a eleição prorrogou o prazo de inscrições seguindo este cronograma:

| 20/01/2011 | Encerramento das inscrições. |
| 20/01/2012 | Analise dos documentos dos candidatos pelo COMDCA e Encaminhamento dos documentos para o Ministério Público analisar. |
| 30/01/2012 | Recebimento dos documentos dos candidatos já deferidos pelo Ministério Público. |
| 31/01/2012 | Publicação dos nomes dos candidatos aptos a concorrerem a eleição para Conselheiro Tutelar. |
| 31/01 a 03/02/2012 | Prazo para solicitação ao COMDCA de IMPUGNAÇÃO de candidatos, podendo ser feita por qualquer pessoa, entidade ou órgão devidamente fundamentada e por escrito. |
| 06/02 a 13/03/2012 | Prazo para os candidatos realizarem sua campanha nas escolas de ensino médio e entidades. |
| 14/03/2012 | Dia da Votação. |
| 15 a 16/03/2012 | Contagem dos Votos. |
| 23/03/2012 | Publicação do nome dos candidatos eleitos (Titulares e Suplentes). |
| 09/04/2012 | Posse dos novos Conselheiros Tutelares (Titulares e Suplentes). |
Para inscrição e aptidão ao cargo, o candidato deve apresentar os seguintes requisitos:
I – Reconhecida idoneidade moral, comprovada mediante certidões dos cartórios distribuidores cíveis e criminais do município de Santarém;
II – Idade superior a 21 (vinte e um) anos;
III – Residência e domiciliado eleitoral no município de Santarém;
IV – Experiência mínima de 2 (dois) anos no trato com crianças e adolescentes, comprovada através de documento fornecido por instituição pública ou privada registrada nos termos dos artigos 261, “caput”, e 90, parágrafo único, todos da Lei 8.069/90;
VI – Ter confirmada a sua candidatura no COMDCA.
VII – Ser indicado por Instituição ou grupo de instituições vinculadas ao trabalho social, devidamente registrada no Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente;
