E quem disse que salada é: tomate, alface e pepino!!Tá na hora de experimentar a nossa salada nutritiva.

Salada Nutritiva

Ingredientes

1 xícara de couve cortada

2 xícara de jerimum ralado

1xícara de maxixe ralado

1 xícara de cebola ralada

2 xícara de tomate cortado em cubinhos

1 punhado de cheiro cortado bem fino

folhas de alface

Caldo de limão

Um pouco de óleo e sal a gosto

Modo de preparo

Cozinhe jerimum e o maxixe em seguida misture todos os ingredientes, acrescente o caldo do limão, meia colher de sopa de óleo, sal a gosto e sirva para a criança.

Arroz Nutritivo

Ingredientes

1 xícara de jerimum picado

1 xícara de feijão verde picado

1 xícara de caruru

1 xícara de couve

1 xícara de arroz

óleo suficiente para fritar o arroz

Sal à gosto

Pequenas porções de: cebola, pimentão, tomate, cheiro verde

Modo de preparo

coloque água no fogo para ferver. Refogue as todas as verduras e acrescente o arroz e a água fervente. Tampe a panela até que enfiando o garfo no arroz ele saia limpo. Na hora de servir acrescente meia colher de sopa de óleo ou manteiga depois de pronta a refeição e ofereça para a criança.
