Prêmio Culturas Populares 2009 – Mestra Dona Izabel

Estão abertas as inscrições para o Prêmio Culturas Populares 2009 – Mestra Dona Izabel – Artesã Ceramista do Vale do Jequitinhonha, promovido pela Secretaria da Identidade e da Diversidade Cultural do Ministério da Cultura (SID/MinC). Os interessados têm até o dia 28 de agosto para enviarem suas inscrições.
A seleção das propostas será feita por uma comissão de avaliação composta por artistas, pesquisadores, técnicos e/ou dirigentes do sistema MinC e de instituições parceiras, com atuação reconhecida no campo das expressões das culturas populares. Para cada um dos 195 candidatos escolhidos, será destinado o valor de R$ 10 mil, totalizando um investimento de cerca de R$ 1,9 milhões em projetos culturais, que serão distribuídos entre as seguintes categorias: Mestres e Mestras dos Saberes e Fazeres, e Grupos e Comunidades Tradicionais.
