No remanso das águas
5 de maio de 2009 por Elis LucienDizem os pescadores antigos que remanso é quando a canoa é levada pela força d’agua e a linha de pescar ou a malhadeira fica alí, naquele balanço pra não fazer barulho e assustar os peixes. Na verdade, esse remanso desse ano está assustando os moradores das beiradas dos rios. Não acontecia uma enchente tão grande quanto essa, invadindo as praias, as casas, ruas, escolas e locais mas afastados das comunidades a exemplo o campo de futebol. Nesta semana, na redação do Programa Rede Mocoronga chegou vários jornais comunitários e pessoas vindas de suas comunidades nos relatando esse problema que é presente no cotidiano de muitas famílias ribeirinhas.
“Na nossa comunidade de Novo Progresso do Capixauã, a enchente esta afetando o nosso meio ambiente e prejudicando a saúde das pessoas, plantas e algumas casas.
A erosão também tem sido um problema, além das enchentes. A chuva cai quase todos os dias, causando a erosão, por esse motivo a comunidade está realizando plantio de árvores na frente das suas casas e até mesmo nas ruas para proteger o meio ambiente”. (Jornal O Tigre, 2ª edição /repórter: Jucenildo Cardoso e Mical Cardoso / comunidade de Novo Progresso do Capixauã).
“Em Capixauã, não é diferente as águas já se aproximam das casas dos moradores. Então todo cuidado é pouco, por isso não devemos jogar lixos nas águas porque nos prejudica, em suas casas usem água coada e clorada” (Jornal Capixaba, 2ª edição / Repórter: Marlison Luan /comunidade Capixauã).
“O lago “Peixe-Boi” que fica enfrente a comunidade de Pedra Branca, tem uma das maiores enchentes de toda a sua história, o que não ocorria a vários anos. O que é bom para os moradores que já conseguem pescar diversos tipos de peixes.
Com essa enchente tão intensa o que tem provocado a inundação do campo conhecido como “Engenhão” que fica no bairro novo Milênio às margens do lago e, com isso, o futebol fica parado.
Já tem moradores preocupados com o grande volume de água que sobe chegando próximo da casa de vários moradores da comunidade. Além disso, provoca queda de muitas árvores, nas margens do rio Tapajós, levando moradores a ficarem em alerta”. A água também já está chegando no campo da escola Nossa Senhora Aparecida.
