É com muito orgulho que estamos apresentando a mais nova campanha do Núcleo de Educação, Comunicação e Cultura do PSA, pelo Programa Educação Popular pelos Direitos das Crianças Ribeirinhas. Trata-se da Mostra de Potocas do ECA, no qual quem vai contar e escrever a história são as crianças ribeirinhas. Prestigiem a primeira “Poteca” no dia 11 de outubro, no programa Rede Mocoronga, na rádio Rural.

Potocas + ECA= POTECAS
No vocabulário brasileiro, potocas quer dizer mentiras, exageros, patranhas, petas, lorotas. As histórias mentirosas, anedotas são muito populares e constituem um gênero especial, onde a imaginação exagerada e livre se liberta dos limites da lógica.
Contexto
O hábito da leitura e escrita deve ser cultivado desde cedo pelas crianças, e para que isso flua de maneira natural, é preciso que elas sintam interesse e prazer por esses hábitos. Através de atividades lúdicas, promoções, gincanas e mostras educativas, podemos estar contribuindo com o desenvolvimento perceptivo, motor e emocional infantil, para que mais tarde, possa torna-se adultos mais seguros, conscientes e críticos diante de sua realidade.
O Programa Pelos Direitos das Crianças Ribeirinhas que desenvolve um trabalho de divulgação e informação sobre os direitos fundamentais das crianças, aproveita esse mês que antecede o Dia das Crianças, apresentando uma promoção que envolve os multiplicadores do ECA para que juntos possam construir uma campanha de leitura infantil, através da utilização de recursos didáticos e da ferramenta midíatica, rádio-novela para o programa “Rede Mocoronga”.
Como acontece a produção de Potocas?
Cada comunidade envolvida direta ou indiretamente no Programa Pelos Direitos das Crianças Ribeirinhas, através dos seus agentes multiplicadores do ECA, em parceria especial com as escolas, deverão estimular e convidar às crianças com idade entre 7 a 11 anos, a participar do Concurso Potecas, criando uma história com desenho sobre temas que envolvam os direitos fundamentais do ECA: vida, saúde, alimentação, meio ambiente, educação, lazer e cultura.
O local para realização dessa atividade, poderá ser feito nas escolas ou grupos em locais perto da natureza, da praia, do rio,… Sempre com orientação e apoio dos multiplicadores do ECA e/ou dos professores da escola.
Os multiplicadores do ECA, iniciam com uma atividade lúdica na forma de teatro ou música (sugestão), e após as informações sobre os direitos das crianças, serão entregues folhas de papel em branco ou pautado com lápis de cor ou giz de cera para crianças soltarem sua imaginação e criatividade.
Seleção
Serão selecionados 30 trabalhos de textos com desenhos, para juntos montar um livro de Potocas sobre o ECA e os Direitos Fundamentais da Criança e do Adolescente.
Divulgação
A cada programa da “Rede Mocoronga”, na Rádio Rural, aos sábados, os textos-histórias das crianças serão dramatizados na forma de rádio-novela, apresentados na sessão Teca e Zeca, a partir do dia 11 de outubro de 2008.
Premiação
Dia 11 de outubro de 2008, na rádio Mocoronga, será feita a primeira rádio-novela da série Potocas Infantis do ECA.
As histórias das crianças selecionadas fará parte do Livro de Potocas Infantis do ECA.
