Lucratividade na comunidade: jovens empreendedores apresentam modelo de negócios neste sábado (15)

Se destacam negócios inovadores nas áreas da meliponicultura, artesanato e agricultura
Para os jovens moradores de comunidades ribeirinhas localizadas geograficamente distantes dos grandes centros urbanos, o momento é de alegria e ansiedade. Neste próximo sábado eles apresentarão à comuni
dade o fruto de meses de dedicação à elaboração do negócio.
O encontro encerra as capacitações em empreendedorismo com jovens ribeirinhos na Amazônia e propõe iniciativas criativas e empreendedoras a partir dos potenciais da própria região. “Eles construíram um modelo de negócio na comunidade deles, baseado na cultura, nos costumes do lugar. E agora eles vem mostrar o negócio completo aqui. Os cinco melhores avaliados vão receber um apoio financeiro e também de assessoria para dar continuidade aos seus negócios. É o que a gente chama de incubação. A partir de agora todos são empreendedores, donos dos seus negócios.” – explicou a Educadora do Projeto Juventude Floresta Ativa, Luana Silva.
Serão expostos projetos de meliponicultura, colheita de macaxeira, fabricação de roupas de crochê, pimenta do reino, artesanato. Na comunidade São Pedro região do Rio Arapiuns as jovens Daiana Pereira e Adria dos Santos, decidiram criar um instrumento que facilite a colheita dos moradores e gere renda. “Vamos fazer uma maquina, a Velomaq que vai ser instrumento para facilitar a vida do agricultor. Essa maquina vai extrair mais rápido a mandioca do que manualmente” – contou Daiana.
Em Maripá no Rio Tapajós o mais novo empreendimento é um restaurante montando por um trio: Jessica Cardoso, Tiago Assunção e Fernanda Lima. Eles resolveram inaugurar o Restaurante Peixe e Cia a primeira experiência com a venda de comidas dos empreendedores: “Vendemos pra comunidade, carne e frango, assado de panela e verduras no cardápio. Para os turistas, pratos bem regionais, com os produtos de tempo como farofa de caju com Curuá” – relatou Jéssica.
Beiradão
É um processo de formação de jovens empreendedores que engloba conceitos de negócios sociais e tecnologias, auxiliando os jovens na geração de ideias inovadoras que surgem para solucionar problemas que estão inseridos em algum contexto social.
“Esta é a 10ª turma do curso, sendo que vários pequenos negócios já foram montados e estão em funcionamento nas comunidades, abrindo novas perspectivas de renda para o jovem do campo que não tem muitas oportunidades de emprego”, explica Paulo Lima, coordenador do programa de empreendedorismo do PSA.
O curso faz parte de uma estratégia maior do Saúde e Alegria, que visa contribuir para uma melhoria das condições de vida e para um desenvolvimento integral de crianças, adolescentes e jovens de comunidades da Amazônia. “Isso inclui além de estratégias de mobilização social, a criação de oportunidades de trabalho e renda para que os jovens das comunidades possam ter a oportunidade de fazer escolhas, sair ou ficar da comunidade, mas com clareza para construir seus projetos de vida plenamente”, conclui Fábio Pena, da coordenação de educação do PSA.
O projeto organizado pelo Projeto Saúde & Alegria (PSA) conta atualmente com o apoio da Fundação Cáritas Suíça e colaboração da Fundação Konrad Adenauer.
